Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) Policy
Bus Bench Ads (“Bus Bench Ads,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of https://busbenchads.com (the “Site”) to do the same. This policy explains how copyright owners or their authorized agents may submit notices of alleged copyright infringement pursuant to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”), 17 U.S.C. § 512.

If you believe that material on the Site infringes your copyright, you may submit a written notification that includes substantially the following information, as required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3):

- Identification of the allegedly infringing material and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material (please include the specific URL(s));
- Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address;
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner
